A Very Big Hat

I finally found some needles to finished the felted cloche from the book. "Knit One, Felt Too". I took a picture of it with the book so you can see the size of it. It's huge and could probably fit a giant! hee hee. As soon as I get a chance I will felt it and see how it comes out.

This is a great book and if you like to felt, or want to try to, definitely pick up this book.

New Stuff!!!

Well hello there! I know it's been ages since I posted anything on here. I have been diligently working on the christening outfit, which is nearly complete and a few other little things on the side. First, I finally made the bag I promised my mother-in-law and it turned out gorgeous!! (see below) Also, tonight while I was at the Laundromat, my $5.00 watch's band broke. Go figure. lol Anyway, I got to thinking about all the sock yarn I have in my possession. So again, I thought, why not make a band for my watch. So that's what I did. It didn't come out too bad. (see below). Enjoy! Once the christening outfit is complete, then I can finish my other stuff. Oh yeah, I also made a cute shrug, but I haven't taken a photo of it. I will soon, I promise.
